Право на город: законодательство и правоприменительная практика зарубежных государств

Анализируется опыт зарубежных государств в законодательном закреплении и применении права на город. Рассматриваются примеры формализации данного права в южно- и центральноамериканских государствах (Эквадор, Бразилия, Мексика). Иллюстрируется возможность использования права на город для защиты интересов жителей в судебных спорах (ЮАР, Индия). Оцениваются перспективы развития исследуемого права в государствах Европы и Северной Америки.
