The journal was established in 2016 on the initiative of the Department of State and Municipal Law of Dostoevsky Omsk State University. Journal is registered by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (registration number ПИ № ФС 77 – 73726, 21.09.2018).
