Abstract
Проводится анализ административного законодательства, регламентирующего реализацию государственного контроля и надзора, раскрывается понятие и содержание контроля и надзора, а также контрольной и надзорной деятельности уполномоченных на то органов исполнительной власти, исследуется понимание современной правоприменительной деятельности контрольно-надзорных органов, их должностных лиц.
